B | 在加强监测预警方面，各地将密切关注台风、降雨等天气变化，扩大田间调查范围、加密调查频次，采用人工调查结合智能监测设备、PCR菌源早期检测技术的方式开展监测，准确掌握病虫发生动态，及时发布风险预警，为科学防控提供有力支撑。结合重大病虫发生危害特点，省将抢抓防治关键窗口期，落实科学高效的防控措施。聚焦玉米南方锈病、穗虫、穗病开展有效防治，推广“一喷多促”技术，兼顾病虫防控、植株健壮、促进籽粒灌浆等多重增产稳产效果。坚持统防统治与群防群治相结合，依托专业化服务组织、合作社、种植大户等开展集中连片作业，提升作业效率与防控效果。对分散农户做好宣传引导，实现应防尽防。

C | 备足杀虫剂、杀菌剂、叶面肥及施药机械等相关物资，一旦监测到病虫重发风险，迅速采取应急防控措施，严防局部危害扩散为区域性重大灾害。

D | 同时，全省各级农业农村部门将组织技术骨干下沉一线，巡回开展技术指导，推动防控技术措施落地见效。

E | 依托各类载体宣传病虫防控工作的重要性，广泛发动基层农技人员、种植大户、农民合作社、专业化服务组织等各方力量参与病虫防控工作。
